Founder, CEO and Advanced Practice Occupational Therapist at Activate OT Ltd
Alice is an Advanced Practice Occupational Therapist specialising in Mental Health and Neurodevelopmental differences. She has worked for over 20 years in the field of OT in the UK and abroad.
Alice loves having the opportunity to nurture people to grow and develop, working towards goals that are important to them. She enjoys being part of a thriving committed team, where learning and fun are actively encouraged.
When not at Activate OT Alice enjoys being outdoors, running (walking) listening to music, flowers, downtime with family, experimenting with cakes and exploring new places.
A fun fact about Alice is that if she sees open water, she’'ll swim in it!

Advanced Practice Occupational Therapist at Activate OT Ltd
Kirsteen is an Advanced Practice Occupational Therapist Specialising in neurodevelopmental differences.
Kirsteen loves that she can give each person the time that they need. She enjoys developing new services to meet emerging needs.
In Kirsteen’s downtime, she enjoys paddle boarding but she is still working on standing up without falling in the water!
Fun fact about Kirsteen, she has four children and three rescue hounds. She would LOVE to complete a skydive!!!
Lynne Drewette
Office Manager at Activate OT Ltd
Lynne is the Office manager at Activate OT.
Lynne loves working at Activate as it is never boring. Each day brings something new. She also loves that it is a friendly, cheery, happy work environment.
In Lynne’s downtime, she enjoys cycling, hill walking, camping, Tai Chi, reading and needlework.
A fun fact about Lynne is that she set herself a challenge to hike 1000 miles in a year! Although the hiking does not include walking the dogs, Lynne is currently on target.
Rhiannon Chassels
Marketing and Strategy Advisor at Activate OT Ltd
Rhiannon works in the marketing and strategy department at Activate OT.
Rhiannon loves that she learns something new everyday whilst working at Activate OT. Rhiannon makes sure that different people are aware of Activate OT so that they can get the help that they need.
In Rhiannon’s downtime, she enjoys swimming, going to the gym, going out for brunch and meeting new people.
Fun fact about Rhiannon is that she is just about to graduate with a Bachelors (Hons) degree in Scottish Law. She has also written her dissertation critically analysing the legislative framework for disabilities in the UK.
